Black River Academy Museum, Ludlow, VT 2006
Phase 1 of this project broke ground on a much needed elevator and stair tower addition to bring the museum up to date on ADA accessibility requirements. With phase 1 of this project the museum now has a second means of stair egress from the building and a shaft ready to receive a new 5 stop elevator when more funding becomes available. Other scopes of work included fire code upgrades to the main buildings with the installation of a full smoke detection system and installing fire rated separation doors.
