Church of Annunciation, Ludlow, VT 2000
This $712,000, 5,500 square foot project provided a new community center addition. Construction format was design/build. The work included a large gathering room on the first floor and kitchen with classrooms located in the basement area accessible by elevator. Other work included renovations to sacristy area of the existing church and handicapped accessibility upgrades, along with a new 80-space parking lot.
