North Universalist Church, Woodstock, VT 2000
This $550,000 project consisted of a 600 square foot addition featuring a new stairway between the ground and first floors, including a wheelchair lift. The existing church underwent renovations to the undercroft and first floor to include the integration of new ADA compliant bathrooms, kitchen, offices, classrooms and renovation of the sanctuary area and Dias. The undercroft was equipped with a full sprinkler system and existing mechanical and electrical systems were brought into compliance with current applicable codes.
