Black River Senior Center, Ludlow, VT 1999
This 5,200 square foot, $512,600 project was completely gutted, to be fit up with modern facilities for the Rutland Windsor Supervisory Union and the Ludlow Senior Citizens Center in separate tenant spaces. The renovations were sensitive to the historic nature of the building and included a new 2-stop elevator and handicapped access.
