Colonial Best Western Motel, Ludlow, VT 2001
This $494,105 project consisted of an addition to an existing hotel building. The building is comprised of 12 rental units, (2) of the twelve units are suites with Jacuzzi bathtubs and separate master bedrooms.
The project was challenged by a very tight schedule with an April start and August completion.
