Newsbank, Chester, VT 1999
This 12,500 square foot building consisting of fitness and conference facilities for Newsbank, Inc. was a fast-track construction management project. The design and construction were completed in five months.
The building features a 2,400 square foot conference room with state of the art audiovisual equipment. The entire project was designed to reproduce a building with a similar theme to a building on the same site that burned in December of 1997.
