Peebles Department Store, Springfield, VT 2005
This 21,000 square foot, $1,360,000 design-build fast-track project included extensive renovation of an old supermarket shopping center including demolition and removal of existing store fixtures, shot blasting and resurfacing of the entire floor area, installation of new partitions and finishes, as well as extensive mechanical, electrical and life-safety renovations answering the call to provide a new facility and interior design for the upscale Peebles Department Store. Landscaping work included a new parking lot, demolition of old sidewalks and installation of new sidewalks. The project began just prior to Memorial Weekend of 2005 and was turned over for occupancy September 15th 2005.
