Stratton Mountain Lodge, Stratton Mountain, VT 2001
This $2,800,000 project consisted of extensive renovation to the lower level and main floor of the lodge during summer/fall of 2001 included demolition back to the original structure, new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, 3 new elevators, new casework and millwork. The finishes included blue stone flooring in the lobby, Antique “Old World” Oak flooring in the lounge, and extensive Maple trim throughout.
The project was completed ahead of schedule to facilitate occupancy for the peak holiday season.
