Applied Bolting-Phase 2, Rockingham, VT 2006
After review of the plans to build a 5,000 square foot Applied Bolting facility in 2002, Wright Construction Company was able to provide alternative framing and mechanical systems that substantially lowered the costs incurred by the owner.
In 2006, when Applied Bolting had outgrown these facilities, the owner came directly to Wright Construction Company and a 2,900 square foot pre-engineered steel building addition was added to the building. This addition houses additional work space and a storage area.
Wright Construction Company worked with a pre-engineered building supplier to provide the addition. The basic building frame was designed to match the existing building.
This was a design build project. Wright Construction filed the necessary permits and was prepared to move the project forward as soon as the permits were secured. The permitting procedure began in December 2006 and the interior of the building was completed in July 2007.
