This $450,000, 12,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building contains retail, warehouse and office space. Construction was accomplished using the Design-Build contract format. The facility includes an open storage warehouse space for public viewing of thousands of rolls of carpets. The rear third of the building is utilized for shipping and delivery.
