Fairlee Elementary School, Fairlee, VT 2000
This $2,400,000 project consisted of extensive renovations to 16,000 square feet of existing space. Code compliance upgrades with new HVAC systems made up of the largest part of the project. Interior and exterior finishes throughout were incorporated to help produce a warm and friendly learning environment. Natural Lighting was accomplished with the addition of large windows and 18 skylights.
The new addition, 14,000 square feet of space added 6 classrooms, lavatory and multi-purpose room which is used for physical education, assembly, after school activities and a meeting place for many additional town functions.
