Flood Brook Union School, Londonderry, VT 2007
Wright Construction Co. Inc. began this $2,000,000 renovation project when school recessed for the summer in June 2007. The project was extremely time sensitive, requiring the construction schedule to be monitored daily in order for the school to reopen in September 2007.
The school received a new roof, insulation, skylights to allow more light and ventilation into the building as well as provide protection against heat loss and gain. The upgrade to the gymnasium included sound attenuation panels, painting and a new finish to the floor.
