This $906,564, 12,500 square foot renovation involved gutting existing 1960’s construction to the bare exterior walls, installing new exterior windows and doors and complete new interior construction. The architectural detailing provides significant interesting interior features for office and library spaces used for career development and counseling. The project was undertaken in the construction management format; completed ahead of schedule and generated savings to the school.
