Stafford Technical Center, Phased Renovations, Rutland, VT 2010
This project consists of a total gut rehab of the existing Electrical/Plumbing/Creative Structure Building including a new radiant heating system, new concrete slab, complete insulation upgrade, new electrical service and lighting and complete HVAC system installation. Work in the main building consists of renovations to the Welding, Power Mechanics and Auto Technology classrooms along with renovating two existing classroom spaces to make one space for the new Cosmetology program. This is a multi-phase project that allows for the school to remain in session while the renovations are ongoing.
