Tunbridge School, Tunbridge, VT 2000
This $1,200,000, 9,500 square foot addition added a much needed multi-purpose room with basketball court and stage for community gatherings. The construction included renovations to the existing school and new kindergarten, music, kitchen and administrative offices. The contract method was construction management with Guaranteed Maximum Price, and the construction period was from June 2000 to January 2001.
