Linden Terrace Apartments, Rutland, VT 2006
This $793,000, 21 unit elderly housing project was contracted in the construction management format and comprised of 3 historic buildings divided into 21- one and two bedroom apartments designated for elderly housing.
This project created one new apartment in the complex and renovated existing units. Renovations included kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, HVAC, lightning, doors and windows, as well as repair/ replacement of windows, flooring, HVAC and lighting.
Renovations to the buildings and grounds included roofing repairs, porch and walkway repairs, foundation repairs, the addition of a sprinkler system, a lane for fire truck access and additional parking.
