This 5,500 square foot project represents our experience with leading edge construction technology and super insulated energy conserving structures.
Wright Construction Company was hired by the owner to perform some of the very difficult and unusual construction components of this project. These included ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) exterior walls that achieve an insulation value of R42. The second floor is constructed using a system called Amdeck floor system. This system achieves longer spans than a conventional wood floor system along with sound proofing. Wright Construction Company also performed rough framing, custom exterior siding, trim, windows, doors and custom standing seam roofing. Partial project cost was $667,000.
