Our project delivery methods include:
We have the capability to self-perform multiple phases of your project including select site work, concrete work, structural steel erection, rough and finish carpentry, and select finishes. These capabilities allow us to do what is in the best interest of the project. Sometimes that means self-performing. Other times it is more cost-effective and efficient to bring in a qualified sub-contractor. Together, we’ll choose the right course of action for every phase of a job.
Pre-Construction
Our pre-construction services help our clients establish and then achieve their project goals for quality, schedule and budget. We utilize the following tools: conceptual cost estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, subcontractor packaging and procurement, safety reviews and in-house CPM scheduling.
