Negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price
Wright Construction offers construction management services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract format. We assist clients during the conceptual and design phase with cost, constructability and schedule input to insure project goals are met. When the design is nearing final stages we are able to establish a guaranteed maximum price for the project and move on to the construction phase with a fixed or percentage fee. Our professional services include accurate estimating, complex scheduling, construction planning, design reviews, construction management, periodic cost projections, sub-contractor and vendor competitive price exercises and general project coordination.
